In the West End production of the musical which debuted in 2013 at the Prince of Wales theatre, it won four Laurence Olivier Awards again including for Best Musical, while in its Australian tour in 2017, it also won two Helpmann Awards that also included for Best Musical.

Financially, The Book of Mormon has also achieved unsurpassed commercial success with more than 4,600 performances as of the end of alst year. It has grossed over $1 billion dollars worldwide, and was even favored by the church through purchases of ad space, billboards, bus advertising space, and other marketing campaigns in the several destinations in which the show performed in.
