Eugene O'Neill Theatre | New York, New York
No visit to New York City is complete without visiting the Eugene O'Neill Theatre, especially on Tuesday 10th November 2020 when The Book of Mormon hits the stage. The Book of Mormon follows the story of two missionaries who are sent from Salt Lake City to educate in a remote Ugandan village. Written by Stone, Parker and Avenue Q's co-creator Robert Lopez, the musical is directed by Parker and Casey Nicholaw. The Broadway musical won nine Tony awards last year! The only theater in New York City that is absolutely perfect for the world famous Book of Mormon, and you will soon see why when you join guests this Tuesday.
Now, don’t get me wrong, the amazing shows are the main draw but before that curtain comes down and you’re whisked away on an epic journey, take a quick look at the building around you. Nearly all theatres have original or replica features. From gold gilding to painted ceilings, these playhouses are majestic and unlike any theatres you can find elsewhere in the country. So why not come to the Eugene O'Neill Theatre in New York and be transported to a different moment in time.
